Hello everyone! Meet Anna Kaye Bigby! She is our Human Resources Assistant Manager with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource and training and development management as well as retail and BPO operations management.
Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations. She is currently the Assistant Human Resources Manager (AHRM) for Hedonism II Resort. In this role she is responsible for assisting with the continued HR support for over 400 employees in all aspects and to guide the company in all its HR strategic decisions making and processes. From 2013 to 2021, she also served as the Boutique and HR Personnel Manager for Round Hill Hotel and Villas, Human Resources Business Partner for Royale Decameron Hotels with over 450 employees, Assistant HR Manager at Etech Global Services (BPO) in Montego Bay with over 500 employees and Assistant Training and Development Manager for Royalton Negril, in this role she provided support trained and developed over 1,200 employees at all levels.
In all her HR role, she provided strategic business partnering to the senior leadership team as well as manage a group of HR professionals responsible for supporting the managers and their employees. She started her professional career at Carols Value Mart where she worked for 10 years. During her time at Carol’s Value Mart, she was the Human Resources Administrator where she performed various HR tasks and functions. Anna Kaye is an active Board Member of the Cash Hill Youth Club where she teaches, coach and mentor youths in the community. She has acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and an Associate Degree in General Business from Montego Bay Community College and planning on doing her master’s in Criminal Law.
Anna Kaye is a family-oriented individual who was blessed with three wonderful children and an awesome spouse. She is planning on getting married late next year God’s willing. Anna Kaye likes to have productive conversations with people, her favorite philosophers are Aristotle, Plato, and Socrates. She is very down to earth, respectful, a motivator, considerate, a listener, a coach, a mentor and counselor for all ages and categories of people. She likes to go above and beyond for her team and any organization that she is employed with. She is a Servant Leader who believes in leading by example.
