Marsha Manborde, a seasoned room attendant, has made an indelible mark at Hedonism II.

Her story is one of unwavering faith, integrity, and a commitment to excellence that has propelled her from a humble beginning in 2003 to a respected figure at the resort.

Marsha’s journey at Hedonism II began in 2003, where her role in Housekeeping allowed her to step up to the challenge of creating lasting guest experiences.

Marsha attributes her unwavering faith in God for the strength and purpose she has to excel in her career. The Heart Trust NTA played a pivotal role in her journey, providing her with the necessary certifications to apply for her position and attain her ambition of independence.

Throughout her tenure at the resort, Marsha’s dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed. She was honoured as the “Most Outstanding Heart Trainee” for the year 2003-2004, a testament to her commitment to excellence. Most recently, she achieved the coveted title of “Top Performer” for the month of June at Hedonism II.

What Marsha loves most about working at the resort is the opportunity to evolve and grow. Her role provides her with the opportunity to meet remarkable people she would have never dreamed of encountering and to provide them with a level of service that she is proud to provide. Reading and hearing positive feedback from both guests and management never fails to put a smile on her face and serves as a constant source of inspiration, reminding her to continually strive for excellence and to be the best she can be.

Outside of her work at the resort, Marsha leads a vibrant life. She is an avid reader, a passionate writer, and her melodious voice shines through her love for singing. Her adventurous spirit finds satisfaction in exploring the picturesque landscapes of Jamaica during her travels.
