Jonathan Tomlinson is the Human Resources Coordinator at Hedonism II; his main area of focus covers Staff Events and carrying out activities/initiatives geared towards boosting staff engagement and employee motivation. He brings over 3 years of experience to Hedo previously working at the Moon Palace Hotel, The Southern Regional Health Authority and Grand Palladium in the Human Resources capacity.
In his free time, Jonathan plays Tennis and football to stay active. His game is modelled off of Stan Wawrinka however, it was Federer who got him inspired to watch and play the game of Tennis having previously been a National Junior Badminton Player for Jamaica. His other hobbies include Mycology and DJ-ing house/techno music which he has loved from a very young age. These endeavors serve to engage his scientific and creative sides respectively.
Whenever he is able, he gives his time to the Acts of Grace Foundation. A charity founded by Amanda Fraser and based in Mandeville. Activities typically range from Meal Drives for the homeless to visiting Children’s homes and Special Needs Schools. In 2018, he obtained a promotion at Moon Palace and spent a short spell as their Palace Foundation Coordinator.
Jonathan has always believed in the philosophy of being a well rounded individual and staying true to one’s self regardless of external pressures and influences, and hopes to rise up among the ranks at the resort where he can continue to add value.
