Chef Rose’ passion for the Culinary Arts started from his childhood Growing up with professional chefs as parents, one would say it came naturally for him. Chef Rose has amassed over 25 years experience, worked with more than 15 nationalities in over 5 countries, but still has a passion for his country- Jamaica. He has worked in mega hotels & popular brands such as Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Grand Palladium, and Gran Bahia while managing large teams. His interest in growing, developing and nurturing his teams into becoming better versions of themselves is his daily motivation. When not at work, he still enjoys cooking for his family, going to church and exercising. Being remembered for a job well done and for making a positive mark on the lives of people is what Chef Rose wants to be remembered for, one kitchen team at a time.
