It is with great pleasure for the Management team to announce that Mr. Alfred Bleicher has been appointed as Executive Chef at Hedonism II.

Alfred has over Forty years of experience as a chef and has held the positions of Sous Chef and Executive Chef mainly 5- star hotel operations in East Africa, Mexico, Iraq, Germany, France, and the Caribbean including Jamaica.

Hedonism II is one of few resorts with the longest-tenured and most experienced employees in the all-inclusive

hospitality industry. Alfred is very passionate about Jamaica, its culture, and its people. We are confident that, with the combination of Alfred’s coaching ability, flexible leadership management skills, his great passion for culinary Arts & Fine Cuisine, Jamaica, and our team members’ skills along with proven hospitality and culinary expertise, that we will only continue to enhance the Hedonism experience for our guests and groups.
