Hedo’s Passionate Sunset

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Appleton Rum
• 1 oz Coconut Rum
• 1 ½ oz. Grenadine
• 2 oz. pineapple juice

Directions:

Squeeze half a lime into a shaker and add mint leaves. Muddle together using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon. Add rum, sugar and a handful of ice. Place lid on shaker & shake away. Strain mixture into a glass (martini glass suggested). Top off with a splash of club soda and a drizzle of Creme de Menthe (which will sink to the bottom). Add a lime wedge for garnish, serve and enjoy!
