Hedo’s Caribbean Joy:

• 1 oz. Appleton Rum
• ½ oz. Triple Sec
• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• ¼ oz. Ginger Ale
• ¼ oz. Lime Juice
• ¼ oz. Strawberry Syrup

Directions:

Shake ingredients together with ice and pour in a glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry, sit back, sip and enjoy!
