2 oz. Smoked Marlin
1 Teaspoon Minced Onions
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Three Slices of Green Scotch Bonnet Peppers
1 Whole Orange Segmented
1 Teaspoon Chili Pepper
1oz Dice Cream Cheese
1 Tea Spoon of Chopped Parsley
2 Wedged Olives
½ Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Sliced Very Thin Sweet Potato- Place in Water

Slice smoked marlin very thinly and place on plate. Add all remaining ingredients. Garnish with fried sweet potato chip.
