  • 1lb. Cream Cheese
  • 3 oz. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 100ML of Heavy Cream
  • 100ML of Mango Puree
  • 30ML of White Rum


Mix together the cream cheese and sugar, adding in the eggs and heavy cream. Fold in the mango puree and rum. Once completely mixed, place in a mold and freeze overnight. Slice into desired shape. If desired, garnish with whipped cream. Serve while still chilled and enjoy!
