6 packs Crab meat (3-lump-white 3-back fin- brown)
Dijon mustard- ¾ jar
Mayo -8oz
Cajun seasoning- to taste
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Hot sauce- 1 teaspoon
Bread crumbs- 6oz
Chopped fresh Basil (Fresh basil ONLY)- two stocks
Minced Onions- 2 small onions
Chopped garlic- 8 gloves of garlic
Minced Ginger- ½ Teaspoon
Dice sweet red peppers- 2oz

Add all ingredients together and mold into 4oz portions.
