Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable $250 is required for a wedding reservation. Please contact the wedding department at 1 (631) 588-4336 or concierge@hedonism.com to request a wedding form. The wedding form must be completed with the correct spelling of the names. A payment invoice link will be sent. All required legal documents must be sent directly to the resort 45 days prior to the ceremony.  If the documents arrive at the resort 30 or less days from the ceremony a $150 late fee will apply. All documents must be in English. If not in English and is translated, the document must be notarized. Weddings must be booked at least 45 days prior to your requested ceremony. Once you submit the required information, our concierge will contact you to put together a wedding agreement. On approval of the agreement you will be instructed to pay the balance of the wedding package to confirm your ceremony date and time. Final payment must be made to hold your ceremony date and time. Wedding packages are available on request by calling 1 (631) 588-4336 or sending an email to concierge@hedonism.com. When making travel arrangements please note that you must arrive at the resort at least 2 days prior to the date of your ceremony. Please meet with our concierge team on arrival to the resort to discuss and review the final details. There are no official weddings on Jamaican national holidays.
