This web site and the related web sites contained herein (collectively, the "Site") make available information on hotels and resorts owned, operated, managed and franchised by SuperClubs International and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "SuperClubs"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, so please carefully read these terms and conditions before proceeding. The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors or omissions. SuperClubs reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time and make changes to the products and programs described in the Site at any time without notice or liability. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued access to this Site following changes to this policy and/or conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
Personal and Noncommercial Use Limitation. The Site is for your personal, noncommercial use. Content Posted On The Site;
You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that we are obligated to review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in our sole judgment violates this Agreement or the Privacy Act, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety or privacy of other users.
Content/Activity Prohibited
The following are examples of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through Hedonism.com. Hedonism.com reserves the right to remove the offending Content from the Hedonism.com site and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, content that, in the sole discretion of Hedonism.com:
1. Includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent
2. Violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
3. Is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
4. Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
5. Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner.
6. Contains excessive nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an offensive adult website.
7. Publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person
8. Constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous
9. Constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files
10. Involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming"
11. Contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page)
12. Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
13. Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users
14. Involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from Hedonism.com such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
15. Images of a sexually expicit nature! NO MALE FRONTAL NUDITY! NO FEMATL SPREAD SHOTS!
