Our personalized itinerary and our desire to give back to our guest, has put us a few notches above the rest and we have now raised the bar and created new standards that others are now trying to adopt.
Our guests are given the best of services, from VIP check in with amazing gift bags, organized events and special features, to great hosting and personal relationships.
As hosts, we take the time to meet and have and spend time with almost all our members, to let them know we care and we are there to make sure they have a great experience.Due to the amazing experiences our members have had, our group has grown over 400% within the last 3 years, and what started as 30 couples then, is now over 150 couples today.
Even with the success we have had, we know there is still room for improvement, and every year we aim to out do what we did the year before. We believe there should be no limit to the amount of fun you are allowed to have and our goal is to continue to stretch your appetite to always want more. Our members look forward to us doing an exceptional job every year, and we take great pride in delivering. For that reason, our repeat rate is over 70%.
We plan to continue to expand what we do, and we will eventually take over the entire resort for the 4th week of January in the very near future. The incentive to you to become a member is, you get to be an exclusive part of all the fun and added value that we provide to our members. Even with all of that, our rates are still the most competitive.
