The following Spa facilities are included in your stay: State-of-the-art fitness center including Cybex equipment, cardiovascular machines, weight equipment, aerobics studio, saunas and showers, water aerobics and morning walks. We have weekly specials event activities so please check the daily activities sheet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to ensure that we provide the best services possible, cancellation must be received at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time or be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

GUIDELINES FOR SPA APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your appointment. This ensures that you are into the spa vibe! Prior to treatment, remove make-up and rinse off sand and suntan oil before the appointment time. Some conditions are contra-indicated for spa services. Please inform spa of any medical conditions when making a reservation.

If you have any questions regarding our treatments, please do not hesitate to contact the Spa Manager, who will be more than happy to advise you on our range of services and offer suggestions most suitable for your needs.

The use of our gymnasium, steam room and sauna is complimentary. Please avoid wearing jewelry in these rooms. Cool down after each treatment. Get ouf of the sauna/steam room if you feel dizzy, have hot or cold chills or headache and inform the Spa Manager immediately. We advise you not to use the steam or sauna if you are: Hypertensive – Suffering from a Heart Condition – Pregnant – Diabetic – Claustrophobic.
